The Founder – Dennis Nohr
DENOCON Industrial Consulting was founded by Dennis Nohr, a graduate engineer in Production Engineering and Logistics and an internationally experienced Managing Director and Sales Executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in the mechanical and plant engineering and metal forming industries.
Over a career spanning more than 20 years, Dennis Nohr has held senior leadership and sales positions with leading companies in the mechanical and plant engineering industry. His professional background includes the Schuler Group and the Güdel Group, where he most recently served as Managing Director of Güdel Germany GmbH.
His expertise spans strategic corporate development, international sales, business development, restructuring, and the development of new markets and strategic partnerships. Throughout his career, he has led international teams, driven complex transformation initiatives, and developed sustainable growth strategies for companies across Europe, Asia, and North America.
